Steven has been very attentive. Cleaned up a four year mess from another accountant who didn’t know how to file commercial trucker taxes. We owed taxes and in the end they owed us big time. From now on this is our guy. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. Being a trucker my husband has limited time and he is very accommodating.

I stumbled upon Steven’s office five years ago and that was my lucky day. I hadn’t filed taxes in two years, Steven helped me to sort out my mess, I really appreciated that he spends time with his clients going over everything. ( Before that I use to file with Western uunion )
I am very pleased with the service, prompt and reasonably priced but the reason I keep going back is because Steven and his staff are so personable. I even drop in once or twice a year to chat in general or ask advice where steven always makes time for such matters, I also needed some tax information from last year while filing for CERB, Steven was on holiday but his accountant went out of her way to help me.

I also want to add that Steven is very reliable! His response to email is prompt, he answers the phn himself, he tells you when hes going to be stepping out of the office for lunch. Hes practically at the office all the time!
