I wanted to thank Kay for her excellent workmanship. Kay has repaired numerous articles of clothing for me and she has always been very professional and friendly. The repairs were done quickly and were of very high quality.

I went in for last minute alterations to a suit I just bought (hemm on pants and shortening the sleeves). They accommodated me and the service was excellent and the employee was polite and professional.

I brought in my wool winter coat from Aritzia this past week to get some salt stains removed and i was not prepared for what was returned to me… The women told me the stains may not 100% come out perfect but that they will try their best to get the stains out no matter what. I had told the women I was already anxious about my coat being dry cleaned as I have already had an item ruined by another dry cleaner in the past and i asked if my will my coat be ruined if it is dry cleaned and she replied with no. After my coat was picked up I couldn’t believe what had happened to it. There are still stains on my coat but different stains that were not there before…. It looks like someone has scrubbed the top layer of the wool material vigorously in multiple spots all over the coat making the fabric look cheap, discolored and uneven. On top of that there are other darker stains all over the coat that looks like grease. The coat is absolutely ruined and it has been so damaged that I cannot even wear it out. This coat was very expensive and one of my favorite coats. I am at a lost of words for the lack of care that went into cleaning my coat and I don’t understand how this establishment could allow this coat to be given back to me in the state that it was in or even tell me what had happened. I have never been so upset and disappointed with an establishment, i will not be returning as I have completely lost trust in this business. I now need to go drop a lot of money to go replace my coat
