I always feel well taken care of by Dr. Cohen and his entire staff. Every team member that I have encountered has been thoughtful and kind. I really appreciate their efforts to be ahead of the curve with technology, and am enjoying using the Dental Monitoring system to ensure that my InvisAlign is progressing appropriately. I also appreciate how knowledgeable Dr. Cohen is, and how he thinks outside of the box when it comes to creating solutions in my treatment plan. Lastly, and most importantly, I feel comfortable here. I hate to admit it, but I do have a bit of a fear of the dentist’s office. Appointments with Dr. Cohen, however, never make me feel anxious, and I never dread coming in to see him. I was referred to Dr.Cohen about a year ago, after already going through 2 years of braces in northern Alberta. Dr.Cohen gave me hope telling me he could give me the smile I really wanted. I still had spaces in my teeth that were left by the first orthodontist. I was left thinking that nothing could be done and that the spaces would be permanent unless I opted to get veneers. Dr.Cohen saved my smile and made me feel confident. I just got my braces off today and haven’t been able to stop crying tears of joy!
