The five stars is mainly for how respectful the restaurant managers treat their staff. Everyone is treated equally and with high regards. I’ve worked at so many restaurants that abuse their staff, but it was not the case here. I think the reason why The Keg is successful is because the employees are valued and appreciated. I will be a Kegger mainly for that reason.
