Placed an online order which was confirmed via email. It stated that it could take up an hour to deliver, totally fine. After 75mins, I called the store to double check the order and they said they had not received my order. After going back and forth on whether or not my order was placed the employee said that they did have the order and it would be out asap. The order arrived 35mins later, I was expecting a sorry or maybe even a discount, nothing!! To boot, it was cold, burnt and bland and cost me $75. I always order from here, I go out of my way to come to Pitt Meadows because I feel like the pizza is really good and have never had an issue until tonight. I am sorry to say you’ve lost a customer. Hopefully next time this happens to someone else you rectify the situation. Bummer hearing that there are new owners, no wonder!

A friend had raved about the keto pizza, so we thought we would give it a try. We were a tad taken aback by the $8 upcharge for the keto crust. We thought that was excessive, but we still wanted to try it. We waited out in the car for the 15 mins to cook it, picked it up and when we got home we opened the box to see that the whole pizza was burned to a crisp. The crust and edges were completely black and even the edges of the pepperoni were burned black. We weren’t about to turn around and go back to wait for another pizza, so we suffered through it, but will never go back. How does one give that to a customer? Mistakes happen, if you left it too long in the oven and burned it, own up to it, apologize, make a new one and make it right for the customer. There are too many places competing for our dollars, that is NOT how you show a customer that you appreciate their business. Very disappointed. Told my friend that refered me to this place and she’s not happy either.

I ordered a veggie pizza with keto crust and it was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and they loved it as well. Great to have these options in Pitt Meadows.

While I sympathize with the struggles of starting your business, the execution of this endeavor has been very poor indeed. If you’re going to purchase an established business, and are relying on their established customer base, changing stuff this much (and poorly) will lose you many of those customers.

I was a regular patron of your predecessor for the quality and taste of the food.

I was disappointed with the new product when I first ordered from you a couple weeks ago, but didn’t know about the new ownership and thought maybe it was just an “off” night.
We ordered again last night, and again, disappointed.

The things I liked about the previous product were that the pizza toppings covered the entire pizza, leaving no large ring of flavorless crust on the outside. I very much dislike crust, and your new product had an over abundance of it.
Additionally, we ordered a bbq chicken pizza last night and it was literally swimming in bbq sauce, and was just gross.
The pizza sauce was flavorless as well.
The lasagna we ordered had zero flavor. Pasta sauce should have more than tomato and the occasional fleck of ground beef in it.

I won’t be buying from your establishment again.

Used them before good service and food. I guess there is a new management. Pizza was an hour later than we asked for and cold. Will never use them again.
The owners were very nice. they understood where i was coming from. They rectified the situation
