Though this is not my first real estate experience with Terry; this is my first review which I should add is way overdue. Let me first inform you that I only write Google Reviews where I honestly see fit. Being a military veteran of 31 plus years, I have made more than a dozen real-estate transactions/moves of which many were unpleasant experiences. Terry and his team are by far the best I yet to encounter. They’re dedication towards customer service goes beyond approach. With their determination to ensure my needs were met at every occasion such as all emails or texts were replied quickly with the info I required. Not only does the team display business professionalism, they take the client relationship further by inviting you to community events etc. “The team makes you feel like family”, which is something rarely seen these days from a business prospective.
And recently, Terry assisted my two sons with their out of town home purchase. Not once did Terry mind driving more than 30 km out of his way to merely look at homes. In a nutshell, Terry is determined and willing to ensure his clients needs are met. I highly recommend you give Terry and his team a chance to prove they have what it takes to assist you with all your real-estate needs.

I recently sold my house and bought a house with The Terry Summerhays’ Team. I cannot say enough about my experience with them. They walked me through it every step of the way and were always available for any questions that I had.

When we finally did find our forever home, the sellers were not open to a condition of sale of property, so I had to gamble that my house would sell before our closing date. Terry assured me that it would, which was no easy task! ( I tend to have a little black cloud hanging over my head, so I was somewhat skeptical). He asked me to put my trust in him, so I did, and I was not sorry! Terry had a plan, knew EXACTLY what he was doing, and everything he predicted would happen, DID happen! He told me he didn’t have a crystal ball but that he was confident he could sell my house with multiple offers, which is EXACTLY what happened! 6 offers, only 6 days up, and sold above asking! Are you sure you don’t have a crystal ball, Terry?
