Horrible service and advice!

I placed an order online and called ahead to ask if the items could be packaged individually. I was wanting to make a few drop off deliveries with these items. It is a stressful time for small businesses so I was hoping for a small bag or offered to pay extra for packaging. Without hesitation or extra fee, each small package was individually wrapped beautifully and fully exceeded my expectations. Now instead of dropping off a small package, I feel like I am delivering a gift. Thank you ladies.
