Food quality always poor, crispy chicken always rock hard. Long waits for very subpar food. This location should look into hitting overhauling their management since they’re clearly doing a poor job.

I waited 18 minutes for a BLT. After 5 min I asked what’s taking so long and they told me it’s because they are cooking fresh bacon. I wish they told me that I would have to wait while I was ordering. By the time I got the sandwich it was cold and they gave me no tomato because “we don’t currently have any”… again I wish they told me this while I was ordering.

Long lines after classes, as others have said. I don’t mind the wait but there are a lot of order mistakes. E.g. egg on simply sausage, no sauce when I wanted extra. Another one today by a presumably new girl, I wanted an iced latte, which is just espresso shots, milk, and ice. She gave me an iced capp made with milk + espresso shot. I asked her about it and she simply said that’s how they do it there.

Cheap coffee and food. I prefer the coffee from McDonald’s over the coffee here. I usually order steeped tea which is good! There is a variety of pastries as well. Although they are not homemade so don’t expect to have the best pastries you’ve ever had. It is fast food so you get what you pay for.

My coffee took too long and tasted old.
