Best place in Bathurst to shop fow jewellery. Great friendly staff and good price and product.

Absolutely deplorable service!

First visit, my partner decided to buy me a ring from this store. They called and said right out on the phone in front of me “your ring you ordered is in”. So much for my partner trying to make a very special surprise to me.

2nd visit, I go looking to buy an engagement ring for my partner. Both sales reps were available but nobody came to greet me. I was in the store for 20mins without anyone even approaching me.

Prices aren’t listed so you can’t serve yourself. I just walked out of the store. Gonna take my savings elsewhere. They definitely lost on a big sale. Never will I shop here again.

Cheaper prices online anyway.
