Great customer service and always a laugh and a smile.

After 5 days of waiting finally called and had the wrong number despite when I gave the number she repeated it back fine. After when I went to pay for the bike she added another 10$ from the original price and repeatedly told me herself I either misheard or I was wrong and it was never on her part, meanwhile a boy the same age received his bike 10 minutes after he sent the bike in, and it seems he had the exact repair I needed. I recieve attitude, delays and things that just don’t seem right while another recieves his bike in minutes, thanking the workers. One Star.

They tuned up my 6 year old bike and it is now better than when I first bought it (from another bike shop down south)!

The bike was skipping on gears 2-5 and I thought they may have to replace the rear sprocket (it showed signs of wear). They just made adjustments and it is now running great!
