Visited here 4-15-2021.
The staff members on the floor filling pick-up orders are rude. They don’t even say ‘excuse me’ or ‘pardon me’ when walking about, one of them hit my cart. On the another hand they are taking COVID-19 precautions seriously. The self checkout attendant actually wiped down kiosks after every use. Everyone was masked up. Good job fighting COVID-19!

Management is extremely incompetent, the staff always seem lost or not trained properly (or at all) management allows products to be aligned with incorrect pricing (the lady who did help me scan every item in the area due to extremely unorganized section verified that it was aligned with wrong price) THERE ARE MANY SECTIONS and did not do ANY due diligence in assessing the situation INSTEAD they violate my rights as a consumer by refusing to honour the Scan Code Infraction LAW the manager not only DIDNT visit the section to make sure THE STORE HIS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IS UP TO COMPANY STANDARDS but didn’t have the professionalism to deal with the situation instead a kid who doesn’t know a thing was forced to so it would be easier to deny the Scan Code Infraction!!! They are the only ones allowed to have people inside the store and still ungrateful to the point they WILL NOT HONOUR THEIR INFRACTIONS!!!!!!!!!!

So I went there from another City to get my Covid vaccine. What a huge surprise! The lady in pharmacy was helpful and super friendly, the pharmacist was patient with my questions. Even the employees at the McDonalds were A+ I thought maybe I should consider living in a small City!
