I recently made a purchase from them online and had a lot of problems afterward. After completing the payment & receiving a confirmation of my order online, I received an email the next day stating that I owed them for shipping. When I did my order online, the confirmation showed “Free Shipping”! So, I emailed them to challenge this charge “after the fact”, and had a really hard time getting them to take responsibility for their mistake, and do the right thing. I wasted a lot of time going back and forth with them, having to fight for my rights before they finally let it go. Since time is money (when you are running a business), I more than paid for the shipping, in my opinion. I was not at all impressed with the poor customer service. It was not a pleasant experience. I would think twice before ordering from them again.

Love our waterbed and the staff are excellent. We bought our first waterbed in the fall. The staff seemed to have unlimited patience answering all our questions before, during, and after the sale. Even months later they have been extremely helpful. My husband and I both have back issues and the waterbed has been great for both of us. I highly recommend the product and the staff.

My parents bought me a custom made waterbed from Waterbed Gallery. Not only do I love my waterbed, but my dog and 2 cats do too! They love the warmth and comfort as they get older. Can’t say enough about the stall, I highley recomend this store!
