Molly at the St Laurent location has been an absolute dear and is extremely well versed in her knowledge of clothing brands and fits. I spent roughly 45 minutes in the store recently and she was so charismatic and lovely! I will certainly be coming back as a repeat customer both to see her and to see more of the Santa Cruz clothing line.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. Staff has always been friendly but a few times there’s been no actual skaters working and knowledge was lacking. I don’t really consider this a skate shop, more of a clothing store for teenagers. If you know skateboarding and what you need it’s fine, but I would recommend beginners go to a more legit skate shop to buy a complete, etc.

Staff was great with my over stimulated kid. They were understanding and patient. Definitely going back there again!
