I can’t express how pleased I am with the service I received. The day started off shaky when a salesman was trying to sell my husband a laptop instead of me, the customer. He insisted on lecturing him about thermal paste and hardware, despite the fact that the laptop wasn’t for him and the fact that I had already chosen between two brands: a Microsoft Surface and a Macbook. My husband made it very clear that the sale was supposed to be directed to me but he continued to lecture him (sexism is still very real in 2020). I did my own research while the salesman flexed his knowledge to my husband, and I landed on the Macbook products using the QR codes on my phone lol. That’s when beautiful Shams came over!!!! He understood that I was the one looking to buy and he listened to all my questions, and not just my husband. He was so informative, direct, and friendly, I quickly realized he was the right person to consult. I was interested in the Macbook Pro — which was out of stock — and he and the manager went out of their way to find me one in the area. I also bought 2 pairs of Air Pods on his recommendation. I am so happy. Thank you, Shams and the manager. A thousand times. I’m so pleased.

I had an issue with purchasing online because of a bank error and a one if their staff named Dan helped me out, he knew I was waiting for a long while (it was not anyone’s fault) and I spoke to him in front and they helped me out immediately getting me what I needed so I could leave. Thanks so much, great staff!

Had an outstanding time purchasing my new MacBook thanks to Manny and Ryan! Manny was able to help me figure out exactly what I needed and was very knowledgeable about all the products. Ryan cashed me out and helped me pick the protection plan that was right for me. I can’t thank them enough! Seriously if you need any new laptops go and see these two :)

The entire point of in-person shopping is to buy the thing. In the games section they have empty boxes – which then they don’t have the object in the back – they then ask if they can order it online for you. Great way to ensure that I am going to use Amazon – or better yet – go across the street to a place which actually has the objects I wish to buy.

Went into this location today and Brandon from the computer department was extremely helpful. I had been to the other Best Buy 8 times this week with several laptop issues. Brandon acknowledged all of my problems, and found a great solution. He went above and beyond with his customer service and in my eyes is a fantastic employee to have.
