Just wanted to thank Alison for helping me pick the right shoes for a wedding to go to!

On Monday April 22nd I was at this location around 3:40pm and the only reason I bought the slippers I did was because the sales associate told me that it would be shipped to me on time for the Bridal Shower I would be attending Sunday Apeil 28th. I just recieved an email saying it will be at my house April 30th. I made it clear to the girl that if it will not come by then I will not purchase it and have it shipped I will go to another store! I am so.upset because now I.eill have to go buy another shoe to go to the bridal shower in replace of my NOW late arriving shoe

I bought sandals on Friday, June 14 and wore them for 5 minutes to my car and back. They were defective as one of the sandals strap kept falling off from the back of my foot and so I had to drag it back to my car. Went back today to ask for an exchange at 11:30 am and an associate with long curly hair said she wouldn’t let me exchange it as I had worn them even though they were defective as she couldn’t re sell them to another customer. Why would you want to resell a defective item to someone else?? So disappointed! When I bought them, the other associate said I had 6 days to exchange them and I didn’t want to exchange them because I didn’t like them but due to them being defective. What a waste of money. Never again Aldo! Buyer beware.

Garbage service. Go to Heartland location by Mavis and Brittania. Better service and selection.

Who doesn’t like Aldo? This location has been coming clutch for me for so many years! I always have issues finding my size at other mall type locations and they either offer to order a pair in or refer me to this location! Awesome customer service, well kept store and very friendly staff.
