Usually pretty quick in and out with this location with exception of latest online order where they couldn’t find my order. Otherwise good location but watch out for that small dip in the parking lot if your vehicle is lowered.

Veryyy slow and small location. Don’t think of coming here unless you wanna wait 20-40mins just to order and a next 15 mins for your food.

I did not order fries. They gave me a box. I ordered coleslaw. They did not give me. I ordered 14 pieces of chicken. 10 pieces were just wings. The attitude of the cashier was bad. They were the one who made the mistake; but was blaming me for “ordering the wrong thing”. They refused to give me a receipt. When I told them they gave me the wrong stuff, they asked me for the receipt. There was space for me enter the area inside the second door; but the cashier refused to let me in in the beginning, saying that only 4 people are allowed inside. However, when I was the 2nd customer waiting for the food, with total 4 people inside, she allowed a fifth customer to come in, without telling him to stay outside to wait. The cashier has double standard. I had to leave the area to ensure enough social distancing among customers. Because of the design of the door, you have to keep the door open so that you can go back to your lineup position. If door is closed, you cannot go back. The cashier asked for the door to be closed. I told her she had to ask one guy to come out first for me to go back in line, where I was. But she refused. If I stayed inside, there would be 5 customers with no social distancing. Kentucky Head Office need to send an undercover boss to check up on these employees. Terrible service. Terrible quality of food.

Good came as expected. The fried chicken was fresh and popcorn chicken is tasty, as always.
