Wouldn’t recommend going to this location, I purchased a pair of shoes for my son that cost $30 with tax. I took the tag off assuming they would fit, the did not. They wouldn’t return the shoes because they had dirt on the bottom, which is how they were sold to me and claimed my son had worn them and gotten them dirty. They did not fit my son, therefor he couldn’t have worn them to get them dirty. As a “courtesy” to me they would give me store credit, fine. But why can’t they then return the shoes and my money as well? I purchased the shoes not even a week ago and I was sold the shoes with dirt( or what actually looks like discolouration due to stickers maybe?) and they blame me for it? Then there’s a little blonde employee rolling her eyes at me because I’m irritated by this situation. Very unprofessional, ridiculous situation. Will not be shopping here any longer and I suggest you all try a different location as well. So much for the excitement of an old navy in St. Albert!
