Spoke to Lenni Yesterday regarding a escape. Made a appointment to come view the vehicle today. Drove a HALF HOUR to view the escape….. Walked in the sales trailer. Stood there for 2 minutes while he sat in his office. Walked in his office for him than to tell me he sold the escape and couldn’t call me because he didn’t have my number. WORSE experience and auto sales i have ever dealt with. do NOT recommend. waste of time

Bob was great to deal with. When I arrived I looked on the lot and didn’t quite see what I was looking for. He told me of a vehicle that was coming in on the weekend and he would hold on to it for me to look at which was exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived on Saturday the vehicle was there as promised. Another person was inquiring before I arrived but Bob was true to his word and held the vehicle for my wife and I. He was very open, honest and a great person to deal with. He even offered to help me deal with my insurance company to increase the amount offered for our vehicle that was written off. If I am in the market for another used vehicle I will be going to this location again!
