They communicated quickly right up until I placed a $1k order, then ghosted me. Their phone goes straight to voicemail for days and emails unanswered. Stay away.

Gorgeous! The owners were extremely friendly and are clearly experts in caring for koi fish, and all things to do with ponds. Thank you both so much for a lovely experience and for your help in sorting out our algae filled pond! We will be back as soon as it clears up to continue building our little backyard paradise with guidance from the wonderful people here.
