Dont use unless its a last resort cause they take months and months to fix a clock. I took mine there in February and its noe July and no sign of it being fixed yet.

Good news its now fixed and back on my shelf. I picked it up last Saturday. I accept the explanation they gave for the delay. Parts for such an old clock are difficult to locate. It just took too long compared to their estimate of how long it was to take.

I take all my jewelry there to get fixed, adjusted, etc and know they also will create jewellery for you upon request. Highly recommend. They also have some unique clocks and repair all types 😊
