Great quality of shoes and price…

Employees make any company great, and sadly, I have had many negative experiences with the sales associates at Aldo. I continuously tolerate the rude demeanor shown by the sales associates for the sake of purchasing quality shoes. But enough is enough and I feel inclined to write a review. The worst of the sales associates is, surprisingly, the manager. There have been several instances that really stood out:
My friend and I entered the store and my friend was interested in a pair of shoes that were not in her size. She asked if her size was available online and the manager explained to my friend that, “if we do not have the shoes in stock, then it’s not my problem.”
Instance two: when she made made me wait 10 minutes at the front counter while she finished something on the computer, and then abandoned that task to serve a male customer who walked into the store- completely disregarding my existence.
And today, when I called into the store to ask if a certain pair of shoes were in stock in my size, and she hung up the phone on me. The manager at this location is extremely rude and condescending. I am disappointed in her lack of social and behavioral skills and refuse to shop there when she is working. I will never fathom how such a great shoe company employs such rude people.

Good selection of shoes and accessories at a decent price. We got a similar pair of shoes at Call it Spring for half the price. The sales associate was really nice though

Haven’t bought products from Aldo in a long time. Owned 3 pairs so far and all of them couldn’t last long enough for me. Hope they carry more durable shoes.

Deserve less than 1 star. Very horrible customer service especially the manager. She yells at me for trying to return my shoe.
