Best Buy Guelph went the extra mile. I arrived at the store at 10:38 and was instructed that they didn’t open till 11 AM. I explained I was from out town and already behind schedule. I new exactly what I wanted. They brought my product to the front door / I paid and off I went. Thanks for all your help.

Had an amazing experience with a worker named Jordan. He went above and beyond to help me, which was awesome, especially during this weird and hard time.

losing stars. couple years ago i payed extra for geek squad when i purchased my computer. it was stated that I get a cleaning/dusting and that any hardware prolems would be fixed for free.
today i took the computer in after having some monitor problems and i was told not only am i not eligible for a cleaning. but if the monitor is the problem then there is nothing they can do.
that is absolute BS. I bought the computer and monitor as a package with geek squad protection my monitor should most definatly be replaced if it is the problem. Not to mention the horrible wait time trying to reach somebody. your company has stooped very low. I will be puchasing my electronics other places from now on.

Worst customer service experience imaginable! To try and make a long story short, we purchased a computer and $400 extended warranty. Nearing the end of the policy the computer fails and we take it in for service. The technicians repaired, and returned the laptop without successfully repairing it. We sent it back in and got it back still unrepaired, all this taking close to 4 months and many many headaches. The icing on the cake, we returned to the store again and the store manager Andrew S. looked us in the face and told us to fix the computer ourselves. Inconceivable! Needless to say I will never spend another dime at this location.
