Nikki, according to my receipt, was very helpful. I came in tonight to exchange some boots to some heels and she happily juggled my size requests along with another customer’s.

She even suggested heels that I initially didn’t like but ended up taking home because of the way they looked on.

Nikki was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and was happy doing it. It’s nice to see that in retail as I know how draining it can be!!

I had an amazing experience at Aldo today! Grace was an absolute gem, she went above and beyond. Was very patient with me, checked inventory on every item I requested. Cleaned all the shoes before I tried them on and I’m also very happy with my purchase. A very personable individual and overall outstanding service.

They had alot of items. But nothing was on sale which was very disappointing. So didn’t purchase anything 😌

I went in to deal with exchange after being told to do so by the Southcentre location. The exchange couldn’t be done due to the liquidation of the boots. That wasn’t an issue at all, but the service I received, was.

The woman who helped us was a great example of poor service. She cut my mother off no less then three times, repeated herself, and was just very hostile. A simple solution would have been to just call the other location and figure out what happened. But no, she opted to be as unhelpful as possible, and just resorted to clear cut, brief, aggressive statements.

My mother left upset, understandably, and I decided to do her job and call the Southcentre location. It turns out they made a mistake, and we had to go there to fix it. We won’t be returning, your mediocre service isn’t worth the drive.
