I went in for an iPhone and Lucky was very helpful, he was very patient and kind, out of any Apple store I’ve been too he has been the most polite and best listener. He was very knowledgeable and easy to follow and helped me understand anything I didn’t know how to do. Folks if you go in to this location ask for Lucky.

Super helpful. I ordered online, made a pickup appointment, and had the product in my hand within minutes of arrival without even having to enter the store :)

Apple has strayed far from their roots. I used to love this company and now I have no respect for them. I am cancelling my services and won’t be buying more products.

Terrible service, constantly lying, and refusing to do any service on your product. Making excuses or asking you for an insane amount of money. Apple employees are consistently rude and entitled.

I was initially disappointed with my most recent purchase from Apple Mapleview. However, Roy and Scott truly went above and beyond the scope of what is normally expected of customer service by offering an exchange for an upgraded device that better fit my needs. I have never had such an impactful, personalized consumer experience and I really admire these two for their professionalism, leadership and empathy—and for restoring my faith in the brand.

Very well set up during the pandemic. Friendly and efficient.
