Terrible terrible manager at this location. I bought a couple pijamas with the deal Buy one get the second one half off and one of them I didn’t like how it fit so I wanted to exchange it for another one. One was $36.90 and the second was $34.90 (which I only paid 50% of the price, about $17.95) I wanted to return the $36.90 one. I chose another one which was $34.90 and also had that promotion but when I tried checking out she was charging me $8 extra for some reason. I’m sorry but my math tells me something is wrong, if anything she should give me $2 credit back. Well she just said no, too bad that’s how it is. I asked to call for the manager, she said she was the manager and that there was nothing else she could do, take it or leave it. I just left, went to another Ardene and exchanged them no problem. That’s Horrible customer service, what a waste of time, Im not coming back to this location and I hope they hire more competent “managers”.

Decent help from the people who work there, but the products keep me coming back!

Love Ardene’s, we had a store in Waterdown but sadly they moved to the Burlington location. So as I love Mapleview Mall, I always shop at Ardene’s there.

Staff are wonderful-super friendly, patient and helpful. Great prices, promotions and sales. Don’t let the size of this location deter you-the customer service here more than makes up for it!!!
