Impressed by the design and branding of the store. They really put a lot of focus and effort into selling a lifestyle with a pompous and ostentatious flair. The overall feel of your basic upper class university white girl. The girls that work there seem friendly and represent their branding quite well. It was like walking into a Pinterest board. Lot’s of muted tones of beige, tan, cream, tuscan, khaki, salmon and a small splash a black.

After browsing; you tend to realize that you can find an almost identical style and fit for a fraction of the price at retailers such as Banana Republic, Nordstrom, Zara and more. Unfortunately the quality is just not there to justify the price; most, if not all, clothing is made in China.

Before leaving the store I indulged in a complimentary americano from the small café at the rear of the store. Regretfully; the coffee, like the brand, is all presentation and no substance.

Overall Aritizia left a bad taste in my mouth.

Normally don’t do these for stores. However I wanted to be able to say Phoenix (hope I spelt that right) is a bomb employee. Dress shopping for events like weddings is always such an annoying process and I waited till the last week. She picked out 5 dresses with me right on the spot that fit the occasion and from the bunch I loved each ome with a winner being dress #3. Girl you were great and thanks for the help! Also this store controled their safety protocols WAAAAAAY better than stores say like Zara.

A hidden gem amongst the Aritzias of Ontario. I always get SPECTACULAR servicing at this location that I’ve now come to expect and love. Thank you Mapleview Aritzia! I absolutely love this Aritzia. I’ve been to a few in Toronto and the GTA, but nothing compares to the staff here at the Mapleview location. I’ve started getting styled by a young woman named Phoenix at this location and she is spectacular! She’s happy to go around the store with you, and even separately put together some outfits while you’re browsing. It feels like having your own very stylish personal shopper and it’s absolutely fantastic! She’s found me so many fun clothing pics that I never would have thought of and is really great at making you feel valued. I know the staff here don’t make a commission, so I must say that the level of attention you get is astounding. I wish there was a better way to bring some attention to this location and the wonderful assistance I’ve gotten here, but truly if anyone sees this – please ask for Phoenix when you arrive, because if you get the chance to work with her you’ll walk away very pleased with your shopping experience! The other staff are also fantastic, but I’ve personally spent the most time with Phoenix. Give the girl a raise! Please!
