Staff was nice and welcoming. This is one of the favorite store of my kids, they love to go there, especially their $5 surprise bag.

Love ardenes for their deals. It’s my place to go for bobby pins and hair ties when they break or i lose them. The 5 for 10 or 4 for 10 (i can’t remember) is great. I get 2 packs of bobby pins and 2 packs of elastics. Lots of them for only 10. Shoppers will sell a smaller pack of bobby pins for 5 bucks… much better to get it here.
Staff are always nice and helpful when I come in.
I wish they had size 11 shoes. Size 10 is a hit or miss with my feet. With payless gone, i can’t find affordable shoes. Ardenes has affordable but again, hit or miss. I teeter between the largest sizes and “plus size” stores, and my bust is big so some of their tops are also hit or miss.
Good place to get a cheap bag if you are in a pinch or don’t want to spend a fortune. I also noticed they have home decor now too. Mostly aimed for teens or younger but cute nonetheless.

Came to do a simple exchange for wrong size on a pair of leggings and instead received a rude/aggressive tone from the manager working for asking her to explain the process for why I now owe them if I’m exchanging a product for one of lesser value.

This is my favourite location; the staff is very welcoming and helpful! Great service every time!
