The customer service experience is terrible. You are not acknowledged when you walk in. You only get acknowleged when you actually have an item in your hand. When you do get the attention of an associate it seems as if your a bother to them for asking them to help you pick out an outfit for a special occassion or if you have something in stock. Last time I visited the store an associate told me that they would look around for more outfit ideas and then left me waiting. I’m not sure if the associates don’t actually enjoy their job or they haven’t been properly trained on how influential the customer experience can be for a company’s image. When you walk into the store its as if your being judged on whether or not you may purchase an item.

This store could not be more uninviting if they tried! Maybe get rid of the COVID clipboard and the thousand questions at the door and greet your customers!
