Bought some hats here. They have a nice selection of hats for the summer. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

I went to this location on Sunday July 14 and was very disappointed with my experience. When I walked in, the two employees working there were sitting at the cash talking. I was the only customer in the store at the time. They never acknowledged me. I browsed for a while, picked a few bathing suits and cover-ups and went to the change room. I tried everything on, was never asked if I needed help. In fact, they never moved the entire time I was in there. When I walked out of the changeroom, they were still talking and almost seemed annoyed that I was in the store when they glanced over at me. At this point, no matter how much I loved what I tried on, I had no intention of purchasing anything.

Normally I would not take the time to complain, in fact this is my first ever public review (emails kept bouncing back), but I think this is worth mentioning. Swimsuit shopping isn’t always the most pleasant experience for some women, however, when I went to the next store to try suits on, their friendly, helpful attitude made all the difference in the world and I was able to find something I liked just as much if not more because of their help.

Items are great but the service was awful. Took a long time to get help and was pretty much ignored once in the fitting room. During checkout, my order was messed up. Didn’t notice until I got home. Not happy that I have to go back in to get my order fixed. Not sure I’ll shop there again.

I went to the bikini village store today June 18th,2020. located at 50 Rideau st, Ottawa. I was told to wait because the capacity is for 3 people only. I had wait for 20 minutes, and I shopped for only couple minutes. The woman who called herself manager just came in that switch to another worker told me that my boyfriend need to wait outside because there are 2 ladies were waiting outside, but they were just wait about a couple minutes. I was not happy but I didn’t say anything and I just let my boyfriend wait outside. When I was waiting, there are 3 customers inside included a man, and he didn’t ask for wait outside. But wait till my turn when this manager just came in for work, and my boyfriend need to wait outside. Ok, I am fine with it. But when the other 2 ladies left, I am the only customer inside the store. I asked another lady if I can left my boyfriend in, and she told me is fine. Just a few minutes, the manager came in the store and didn’t ask the reason and yelled to me said I need to follow the protocol or she had to ask me to leave. I told her that I did ask for permission, and I said that she is really rude to yelled. and she told me she doesn’t care because she is the manager. I said ok I am leaving. The other worker said sorry to me, and also sorry for the manager been rude to me. I don’t know how this lady can be a manager, isn’t the manager needs to have a bit of manner? I will never shop in this store again.

The ladies working today we’re absolutely fantastic, kind, attentive, and hygienic with cleaning due to Covid-19. Very satisfied and would recommend especially with this lovely duo! I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names (one was blond with glasses, the other dark brunette with glasses, both Franco). Thanks for your help!
