I wish I could give zero stars. This company is horrible and I would not recommend ordering from here. They don’t deliver on time, they have zero customer support and they do not send what is paid for— it is false advertising.
I understand delays happen but at no time does anyone ever reach out to communicate these delays. The customer has to chase the company for info. The first day the delivery was late, I sat on their live chat for 56 minutes waiting for an answer. Then their support rep ended the chat with no explanation or resolution after I waited that long. The next day it was 40+ minutes on chat with no update. The third day, I sat on the chat for 2 HOURS. The rep told me it was delivered but she would check and then no one ever came back to the chat. I had to follow up with the recipient, ruining the surprise, and it was in fact, not delivered.
They finally emailed back after multiple attempts and said there was a technical glitch and would send my recipient a “huge” upgrade for my troubles.
The box ended up arriving 7 days late.
1. The regular box said it included 8 chocolates.
2. I then paid an extra $15 for the upgraded “more impressive” box.
3. The box arrived with a total of 5 non-impressive grocery store chocolates. This did not even include what was suppose to be in the regular box let alone the $15 extra I paid for a “more impressive box” nor did it include the “huge upgrade” as promised for my trouble.
I sent a picture of this box and they said their records indicate everything was shipped and wouldn’t provide a refund for the extra $15. Ridiculous.
This is shameful way to treat customers, especially in this line of business. Thank you for turning a joyous occasion into a horrific amount of stress and for wasting hours and hours of my time trying to track down this delivery.
