Two months after our initial contact I still don’t have an estimate for my porch railings.

Several follow-up e-mails have gone unanswered so I’m assuming they don’t want my business. A simple note to tell me that would have been appreciated.

Terrible customer Service

Tried on multiple occasions to get in touch for a quote. Met him at home and garden show and agreed for a quote to be supplied on the Monday. Had to follow up Thursday for a quote…he came on Friday…it’s been almost 3 weeks now and haven’t heard anything back. I’ve already contacted another company that was able to come out and view the job, quote it and confirm a scheduled work date in the meantime (took the other company 4 days to do all of this)

Blue Dog , Bill and his team did an excellent job in the construction of our fence. The finished product looks great and solidly built. I would not hesitate to use them on any upcoming outdoor projects.

Tim just finished our new deck last week. I must say it looks amazing.
He build a composite deck with aluminum post and glass railing. He even helped us put the LED lights on the deck. The final product came out to be spectacular. We have gotten many compliments from our friends and family and neighbours.
Although the project took a bit longer than original timeline but we will not hesitate to contact him for our next project.
