Owner is down to earth and handles everything great! Very clean and well maintained. Great equipment, and the 24 hours of operation make it very easy for anyone to keep up with their schedule. It is never too busy, but the other members are very nice and not judgmental. It is worth every penny and would definitely recommend over any other larger gym company in the city.

Just love this Gym. I’ve been a member for over 10 years which includes previous locations. Colin has a great selection of equipment and training programs for every persons level. Great convenience with the gym being open 24 hrs. He also keeps everything very clean and up to date. Really feel like I’m part of a family with the early morning workout team that is there. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Gym has everything you could want in a compact location. The owner is friendly and helpful with any questions you could have regarding the equipment. Price is affordable and a minimum of 4 months memberships is reasonable. If you’re looking to get fit after sitting for too long during the pandemic, this is the perfect place to start!
