Nice store and friendly staff! However, they are bound by corporate rules that make no sense at all!!!! 1 dog at a time for dog wash? 45 mins. What the heck am i supposed to do with my other dog? 10 mins top to wash one frenchie while the other waits in the car? Then wait 35 mins before i can wash my other frenchie???? This is kamloops! We dont live around the corner its a 1/2 hr drive to get there. Not very customer friendly!!!!! As a Safety Officer who created risk and hazard assessments for a living, this makes no sense! You are exposing your staff to the hazard twice for no reason Wake up!!!!

Rude staff and poor management. Won’t be shopping here in the future.

Every time we go to the dog wash the towels small terrible – which is frustrating after spending time and effort to wash my dog so she smells nice.

Disappointed after reading other reviews. I felt like employees were lazy and inattentive. In an empty store I was made to wait for an empty dogwash for my appointment time. I thought it was because they needed to clean it and show me where things were but nope,at my appointment time an employee shouted to go ahead from behind the counter. I was expecting someone to show me how to use things if it wasn’t obvious so I went ahead and washed my dog. After towel drying him I went to use a dryer and couldn’t find a hand dryer but there was a taped up vacuum hose coming from the wall with a sign over it saying’do not use mop, employees will clean up’ so I guessed that was a vacuum for the employees to clean hair. I went to pay with my still wet dog and asked if there was a dryer he told me in an annoyed voice that the vacuum was the dryer, no apology for not showing me around when I got there, no offer to show me now, just an annoyed tone. So we left.
I don’t think I will be shopping here again :(

The pet wash station here is so nice!! I love how clean and accessible it is – so much better than bathing the pups at home. The shampoos smell so good and Bosley’s provides everything you need including a towel to use! The staff here are always nice!
