Tonkotsu was crispy on top but very soggy on the bottom which was weird considering I opened the container as soon as it was delivered. The mango smoothie wasn’t sweet at all and tasted very watered down.

The BEST customer service, drinks, and food! I brought my nine year old daughter, who was desperate to try bubble tea. We were recommended a drink, which she loved. We returned to get the same drink and realized they also made ramen! They accommodated her tastes, and mine (although sold out of the ramen I wanted, but alas, popular item!!) the dishes were amazing, and we will be back for sure. Not to mention the kind gift of a dessert! A fantastic spot in food, drink, and service!

Usually drinks are good but honestly Idk what happened today. My green tea bbt was super watery and so, it was tasteless and my mom’s taro bbt had powder crumbs that was still kinda big – seems like it wasn’t melted with hot water properly. I’m just going to throw away mine :(

I ordered a bubble tea couple days ago. I saw a piece of hair in it. Weird, please re-think before you order.

They are very unresponsible and unrespectfull to customer or other bussinesses. Please use alternatives. I lost my bussines because of them.
