Ilana is always so warm and welcoming. Shes organized, always has my file ready to go and has such a personality. Getting my Physio treatments is always so much fun because of her. Keep up the good work! Great place to be :)

Just wanted to say thank you guys for your great service! I was struggling with my back for several months and no one in other clinics, but Dr. Roger found my dislocated rib and fixed it in minutes. He knows what he is doing and has hands of gold. Smiling and friendly atmosphere helps to feel myself special! Thanks to the office staff, especially Ilana for help while going through the process of registration and during my appointments. Very professional and organized. I would like to thank the entire staff at brampton civic care for the amazing job they are doing .They are caring,compassionate friendly and extremely knowledgeable.The first day I walked in there after my accident. I was very nervous but after speaking with Jennifer I felt right at home .I appreciate the entire staff .they are like my second family.Excellent job guys .

I’ve been coming to Brampton Civic Care Centre for a few months now and have received nothing less than excellent service every time I’ve gone or have ever needed anything. The staff is phenomenal, beyond helpful, and friendly! Amongst the staff, I know I can always count in Ilana to keep me updated about any changes, to answer any questions I may have, and to be on the ball about retrieving answers for me that she may not have.
