Service at this place is usually great however I don’t shop their often. Last 2 times I was helped by some guy with glasses and braids can’t remember his name It was something like mike or mark. He wasn’t interested in helping me at all. He just wanted to low ball me by any means and was very sarcastic know it all. After all his low balling he offered to buy my items outside of the store on the side. I was desperate for cash so I did even though I knew the value was worth way more. Wouldn’t be going back their unless I was desperate. Realized he only did that to buy my items for himself at a low price I should have asked for the manager!

Ian provided amazing customer service. I came in looking for a camcorder battery and he ended up showing me various camcorder options (since they didn’t have the battery). He has great product knowledge, I have already recommended Busters Pawn and Ian to my peers.
