I highly recommend this B&B. The rooms are large and beautiful. The owners are delightful and care that your stay is perfect. A lot of thought has gone into the running of this B&B.

Absolutely lovely! Noreen and John are very welcoming and helpful with tips for navigating around Fredericton. Rooms are very clean and the bed is quite comfy. The home is very interesting with unique architecture and detailed woodworking. Breakfasts are marvellously delicious! Stay here! You won’t regret it.

Loved this B&B! The owners are lovely people and go out of their way to satisfy you. The rooms are very nice, we saw 3 different ones, and all were beautiful Victorian style with a nice blend of modern tech like wall mounted flat screens and heat pumps in the rooms. The price was excellent, and you can walk easily to the farmers market or downtown. We had a 1 and 4 year old, and Noreen set us up in a room with a kitchenette which had a king size bed for my wife and I, a twin bed for our daughter, and still lots of room for a pack and play for our son. They even had a bed rail for our daughters bed. The breakfast was made to order and had a different selection each day. Fruit and granola with yogurt was served first, followed by a delicious hot breakfast. We were impressed to say the least. If you love beautiful views of the Saint John river, old world carved wood everywhere, and quiet relaxing rooms, you won’t be disappointed. We loved it so much, we ended up going back a second time before our vacation was over.

Had the pleasure of staying here during August of 2020, in the middle of a pandemic. The hosts were amazing! Very professional and warm but also very hands-off unless needed and willing to give us as much privacy as we wanted. The house is GORGEOUS; you’ll really feel like you’ve stepped back in time architecturally but are living with all the comforts of the modern times. Our room (#2) had a comfy jacuzzi tub, great air conditioning and good internet/cable. Bed was pretty comfy, better than most places. Breakfast was also a real treat, served in their beautiful dining room with a full spread of coffee, fruit, yoghurt and granola and a great main course of sausage and waffles. Such a good start to the day and gave us fuel to go exploring.

I’ll be back as soon as I’m in the area again; one of the best B&Bs I’ve ever been to.
