The parking lot has been under construction since this Summer. Apartments facing the parking lot suffered a lot from the loud noise and the strong vibration of the electric jackhammers from 8 am to 4:30pm daily. What a clear violation of quiet enjoyment of the apartment, needless to say how disturbing for adults who needed to attend or hold meetings, and kids who needed to attend online classes. We had to keep windows tightly shut throughout the daytime, otherwise the excessive dust (even the workers needed to wear respirators) made us cough constantly. We wrote letter to apartment but they refused to offer any help or reduction in rent. Worst place to rent ever! Avoid this place!
