The lady in the phone was extremely arrogant. We were quoted over $100 less the night before and when we called to book they wanted way more. Pretty much everywhere else we called was far cheaper. I’d stay far away from this place especially with all the other options in the city.

Terrible place, DO NOT COME HERE. I came in and the lady tried to charge me $150+ to rent a cube truck for the day when I was quoted $75 when I called in. Also didn’t allow me to use my corporate discount. When I questioned it she seemed offended. You could tell she’s definitely someone who hates her life. I walked out and she muttered something under my breath as I was leaving. Not professional and tried to do a bait and switch on me. I went to the farther location close to the airport and got the truck for $75 PLUS my corporate. Would recommend going there if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Stealing my money from me after not honouring our agreement from booking.

They have taken more money off of my CC days after returning the vehicle.

Supervisor phoned to intimidate me (after filing a complaint with booking company for my refund) so I’d somehow accept the two hundred dollar price jump. Um, no.

Poor customer service and Fraudulent behaviour are two reasons to stay away from this company.

Great location! The people who work here are great at what they do.
Helped me out with a rental and they gave me an upgrade.
I’m so pleased cant recommend them enough!

I experienced amazing customer service and the lady was really nice and helpful. The price was better than all the other places for sure!
I will rent from here from now on for sure! :)
