Veey quick and easy with no hassles

Rented a car this past long weekend to see what is around the Moncton area. Greeted by a couple of very friendly guys working the counter. Had no problem answering a couple questions and offering some good places to check out. Thanks a lot guys! Made for a fun weekend. Will definitely come back next month for another rental! Cheers.

We had a reservation for 1pm pick up, no one was at the location (should be open until 5 pm) and we had to walk down a few blocks with all our luggage to a hotel and sit in the lobby to try and locate someone. We called the 1-800 Budget number and after 27 minutes on the phone, 6 different transfers to different representatives the call was disconnected…….horrific service.

Great customer experience picking up my rental this morning at 515 main in Moncton. It was a quick pickup and the guy working answered all my questions quickly and I got a great vehicle.
