Very up to date style in shoes, and the best part is you don’t need to spend couple hundred dollars to look good.
But on the other hand was very disappointed with the customer service that was provided one time when I tried to return a shoe.

This is the only place I’ve bought casual, work and dress shoes for the last 5 years. Decent looking shoes for a decent price, a helpful staff and frequent promotions.

Wish the store was a little bigger though, so that you have a larger selection and are more likely to find the right size immediately.
HOWEVER, they can order any size for you or you can shop from the site and have your shoes shipped to the store!

Shoes were nice, saw them online but I wanted to try them on so I went to the store, liked them, and bought them. Quick sale for the sales person, which is cool, obviously I don’t mind that. But then she went on telling me about how suede shoes scuff easily and I need to get something to keep them clean, so I did, which again is fine, but the thing she sold me specifically says “do not use one suede”. Know your product or don’t sell people things they don’t need. Moral of the story, don’t listen to the terrible sales people. They don’t know what they’re talking about and are just trying to make a quick buck.

THEY DON’T DESERVE ANY STAR BUT GOOGLE DIDN’T LET ME.

THESE PEOPLE NEEDED MORE TRAININGS HOW TO DEAL WITH ANY CUSTOMER. SO UPSET ABOUT HOW THESE REPS. PRESENTED THEMSELVES WHEN I RETURNED ONE ITEM, INSTEAD OF ASKING TO BUY ANOTHER ONE OR EXCHANGE YOU COULD SEE HOW THEIR FACIAL REACTIONS. TOO BAD. UNACCEPTABLE. THEY SHOULDN’T BE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ESPECIALLY THEY ARE IN DOWNTOWN, RIDEAU SHOPPING MALL WHERE TOURISTS GO.
ALSO,
I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BUY THEIR BAGS NOR SHOES.

ONCE AGAIN,
THESE LADIES (CHUBBY) HAVE HAD NO GOOD MANNERS AND RIGHT CONDUCT.

For the service is super bad.I wanna took the smaller size of the shoes but the sales girl they looks doesn’t want to service me. It’s fine. Even though I said excuse me for a few times. One of them just answer she will call the another one to service me but i Waiting there 15min .no one service me and I don’t want to go there any more because of the service. thank you for you gave me a bad memories
