Great customer service! I had a last minute change of plans which meant I needed my vehicle for an extra 2 days. I spoke with Jamie, who was extremely kind on the phone, and she assured me that I could keep the car for an extra 2 days. Additionally, when I dropped the car off they were able to drive me to pick up my car which I really appreciated. Will definitely come back to this location.

I am a frequent customer of Enterprise and have met many staff throughout the years. IK feel compelled to write about Jaimie Drynan who has always gone above and beyond over the three years I’ve dealt with her and, in fact, followed her to the Heritage branch from The Shaunessey location due to her profound degree of professionalism, her astuteness in all things that I know Enterprise values in their emplane oyee (knowing that after renting several times a month) and her willingness to make things right when they do go wrong.
I have witnessed irate customers coming in while waiting for my vehicle and am always astounded at the way Jaimie deals with hostility in a calm, courteous and professional manner. Sometimes, such customers have been so aggressive, that I, myself felt unnerved. Yet, Jaimie would smooth things over and always radian calm, customer-focused and professional in situations that would be untenable to most.
With that in mind, I am writing this also to acknowledge that I have been to the Heritage location more times than I can count on the weekend and have to say that I have come in when Jaimie is working alone in what has to be both challenging and difficult when aggressive customers come in and, in my opinion, bully her. Again, in these situations, I have witnessed first hand, Jaimie being the brunt of frustrations that had nothing to do with her or this branch and yelling about problems from other branches! Again, I have never seen Jaimie become defensive, rude, or hostile in situations where I would have lost my cool and in my career, I dealt with many. I just worry when I witness these things and see a woman working alone in a branch when this transpires.Yet, when she deals with the next customer – whether it be me or the next person in line, she never misses a beat and puts on a cheerful face and just keeps on doing the “Enterprise thing”.
So, hats off to Jaime!!! This girl deserve an award!!!

I was helped by Garcia at this location and she was an absolute dream. She was very professional, and was more than happy to answer all my questions (most of which were answered before I had to ask).

I will say, and this has no reflection on this location, when I called to book my rental through the general Enterprise line the gentleman that helped me was quite curt and didn’t seem like they wanted to answer my questions. So if you had a similar experience you can rest assured that the people who will actually be helping you will treat you with more professionalism, like Garcia – who again was a dream.

Personally, I think Garcia deserves a raise because of how great she was.

When I had my truck repaired under a collision claim the body shop arranged a rental through this location with my insurance company. I was very impressed at the professionalism and how smoothly everything went when renting a loaner vehicle. I was given a truck similar to mine that was brand new (60 km on the odometer) which was a pleasure to drive for a few days. I was contacted to ensure everything was going well and they allowed me to return the rental conveniently by leaving it with the body shop. I will be using this location for my future rental needs after such a great experience.
