I had a great experience here. Not sure why there have been other poor reviews. They had lost my order initially but the fault was mine as I submitted it incorrectly via their mobile app. Anyways, the manager dropped everything she was doing – and it was busy – and completed my order very efficiently and with a smile. That is great customer service! Will be back.

Definitely the worst tims in the city. Anytime you go will be at least a 20 minute wait. Employees are rude and don’t seem to know what’s going on. It’s like they manager is a Karen for sure talks down to her employees and customers. Avoid this Tim’s if you can

This shop needs a more enthusiastic manager, to improve and increase speed. It takes more than 10 minutes to notify “DRIVE-THUR” in the morning. because the speed was too slow, I gave up a few times to take my orders, Although I have paid by my phone

I got to this Tim hortons almost every day, the girl who served me today was very unprofessional. I clearly over heard her saying this order is weird and what is this! I even told her I order this every time and that’s how I like it. She replied and said she doesn’t like it this way. Well in the end it’s for a customer to decide how we like it, she need more training for sure and gotta behave like a good staff. Her name was Angie, if they treat me like this I don’t think I ever wanna spend my money there ever again
