A nice big store. You can find all what you need for your construction and renovation projects. What is special about this particular store compared to the other Ronas is its wood court where you can drive through with your vehicle, load your products yourself then at the exit a cashier scans items into your car. Pay and leave. Inside store are a lot of young employees everywhere who can happily offer help and assistance. On the outside, there are plenty of parking spaces. Needless to say this store is easily accessible by car and wheelchair.

Poor service workers always say out of stock. Too lazy to look for your product. The website shows 16000 spruce 2x3x8 but at store, yard guys say they’re out. That happens all the time. Rona mascouche. Worst service of all lumber yards.( I don’t know, were out, we don’t sell that ) thats the service of the Lumber yard Rona Mascouche. My rating F-

Doesn’t bother asking for air miles card at cashier and after receipt printed she says it is too late. Terrible cashier service.
But the service on the floor is great always trying to help and always asking if you need any help.

This is my favorite Rona. Staff is always helpful and courteous. They usually have everything in stock and often have great discounts. Store is well laid out and they are sticky adhering to all current covid-19 practices. I’m not worried shopping there.

Went here to purchase some special order doors. Waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to assist me in the department, then the person who finally helped me was rude. Never returning here! The only kind person I encountered was the greater at the door, otherwise no one could be bothered. The pin they have on their vests describes perfectly their attitude.
