Very busy with 2 entrance for Food and the other Clothing etc. Lines to get in and lines at cash.

One of the best Walmart’s because it has much to offer for merchandise and food. It’s also very clean and well kept. My only issue is how some of the staff can be a bit rude

So as far as Walmarts go this one is alright but they have a few drawbacks. They have allot of shelves with items misplaced and mismatched. Trying to find a price is near imposible as none of the staff seam to have access to scanners and some of the check lrices here things are non-operational. Electronics and toys especially. The stock is just throne all over the place. There is no logical order and items dont match the price tags. This has been going on for a few months as i noticed the same issue in previous visits. Overall the floor staff seam busy but after talking to one of them they mentioned that they have time to do their tasks but not enough to check and assure items are well placed. Im not sure whats going on here BUT defenetly not a standard id be happy with as a manger or customer.

Ok, floor staff is friendly and polite and informative, self check out cashiers are very helpful and polite and friendly, the regular cashiers are totally useless , over 5x I have been to the cashiers and it’s like they wish they didn’t have to work….. so for now on I go to self check out the only way to go in this store.

Well, in summary here is my situation. My 7 year old daughter breaks her winter boots at school. The school contacts me and tells me that my daughter can’t play outside because she doesn’t have those winter boots. I explain to them that I cannot buy a new boot because it is not an essential good for the Quebec government. They refer me to the Walmart in Mascouche and tell me that they will use their good judgment. Apparently not. They categorically refuse to sell us winter boots. We ask the manager for a written note to give to the school and categorically refuse as well. I must admit that I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, the judgment was not there.
