Great service. Chloe at the front counter is awesome at handling the stress of a busy weekend demand. The pizza however……. not so good.

I understand covid is out here. But people buy from your service with cash bills all the time. But for you to toss my change at me after dropping it on your dirty floors.

Very poor service. Placed my order for takeaway in the shop. Server requested my phone number for contact tracing. This is not required in a takeaway or a shop apart from a restuarant or pub when you dine in. I politely declined to give my phone number. She rudely told me she could not serve me and walked away ignoring me refusing to serve me. I have visited this store many times before and have never been treated like this and my phone number has never been required to place a take away order in this or any other take away place or coffee shop. I went to another Pizza place down the road and was served courteously and professionally and they did not ask for or demand my phone number. Will never vist Papa Johns again.
