This is one of worst Tims in the city. They are extremely slow always. Not sure if staffing issues or what but it takes 5-10 minutes every time to get a coffee

Good think I looked at my box of Timbits before opening them. There was a really long hair coming out of it. I took the box in and set it down on the counter. I then told an employee I prefer my Timbits without hair. She said “Oh”. Last time I ever visit this establishment.

This Tim’s has been an utter fail for years.

A year ago split a coffee on me rushing.

A few months ago tried again and when I got my coffee it was wrong, when I told them the woman argued with me and huffed when I said take it back.

All that aside we decided to go today and they literally had nothing to order, two types of donuts, no hot food…avoid this place. Total garbage.

5 times in a row, on very different days through out very different months with very different staff. Every time I come here my coffee is old and burnt. Seriously the last 5 times it’s been very old and burnt tasting. Obviously not doing proper FIFO protocol. Obviously not following proper 20 mins fresh protocol either.
