A great stay. If you ever need a place to relax, let your hair down and breathe from stresses of your life. I suggest Travelodge by Wyndham in Calgary. The staff are polite, smiling and always ready to help in anyway they can….My spouse and I. had a wonderful stay!!

Under renovations and didn’t tell me, they also said no weekend work was being done but some how at 8:30 a lift basket fired up and started working. Wouldnt be bad if I wasnt changing when he went by my window. Very poor quality. Breakfast was a joke and the services were closed. Not happy at all, only saving grace is the bed was sorta comfy. But overall next time I’d rather sleep in my car

The coffee break was good but the badroom and the floor were smelling cigarettes.

The rooms were decently big, there were some things that were very good like the room service came every day to refill the toiletries. The hotel has a newer look than older hotels which give it a somewhat modern-ish feel/ vibe. The staff is great supervising and making sure that everyone is having a good time. The location is great because it is near the airport.

Friendly customer service I would give 5 stars.
Sounded really nice on the phone, gave me directions answered all my questions patiently.

But I am rating the parking facility.
It is spooky- partially windows of the hotel are broken, staff told me they are on reconstruction but really I’ve got an impression of arriving to an unsecured place.
I meant to leave my car for a long term but I decided not to leave at all. On top this facility similar to most I know make you to sign a waiver so they do not have responsibility if someone breaks into your car.
My suggestion. Go and see the place first before you make reservation for long term parking. I was lucky that I didn’t make any prior bookings with this place so I didn’t loose anything.
Travelodge you need to improve your facility to make it look safe and surely keeping it safe.regards.
